Out of Nature Sculpture Exhibition

Food was art too at Out Of Nature 2015

Posted on November 17, 2015

The Brazilian couple Paula and Pedro indulged in three weeks of creative cooking frenzy during the show. They have shared with us some of the favorite recipes for you to look up and try.

We were blessed to have an energetic Brazilian couple, Paula and Pedro, and their 4 year old son Joaquim, do the cooking for Out Of Nature this year, using the vegetables and fruit from the walled garden, brought every day by Lynette Choppin. In a frenzy of creative cooking, they produced non stop soups, cakes and breads for the hundreds of visitors, who kept coming back for more.

Paula also ran a food art workshop for children, she had made beautiful and delicious paints wih blue berries, lemon grass, straberries, etc, that the children used to decorate some chapattis. Yum.
