Statement
I am interested in materials, either singly or in combination and their ability to express ideas. For some years the work focussed on water, its structure, behaviour, altered states and multiple associations. There is an ongoing reference to landscape, whether natural or man-made and ideas of continuity and connection. But recently the work tends to explore themes of disconnection and displacement.
I moved from London nineteen yearsago and until recently lived on the edge of the Black Mountains in Wales. I am currently living near Hay-on-Wye and plan to build.
